Day 1 - When Survivors Give Birth Workshop
Day 2 BONUS
Morning Session (9:00am-12:30pm): Processing and Protecting
Debrief the work from the day before and focus on secondary or vicarious trauma experienced by a care provider when supporting those with CSA.
Afternoon Session (1:00pm-4:00pm): BONUS Advanced Training! Labour Tools: TENS
During this course you will practice and play with several brands of machines marketed for use as a birth tool as well as a typical Physio TENS machine.
This course is approved for 2.5 CEU's from DONA International and meets the requirements for providing a TENS machine to your clients as a doula and stay within your scope.
Approved for 7.5 DONA International contact hours. This program, through Penny Simkin Inc., has been approved for 6.5 CEUs by the NASW Washington State Chapter. Licensed Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Mental Health Counselors are eligible. Provider number is #1975-361.

- Refund policy: If you wish to cancel your registration written notification is required one month before the workshop date for a full refund.
- Cancellation of registration after one month before the workshop date will require a $50.00 administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancelations 2 weeks before the workshop date.
- If a workshop must be cancelled due to low registration, illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be issued.
